Keeps your head warm
I am a walker and enjoy winter walking especially.wearing a hat at times make me too heated. I found a similar item at my local hair store and used for years. They no longer carried so i have to find a replacement swiftly. This is more pricey but it does the trick. I have give as gifts to my fellow winter fitness buddies and they loved it as well

Worth it
I bought this to preserve my silk press and it works so well I couldn’t believe it. I have 4C hair and I sweat a lotttt. This headband kept my hair straight after a hard workout. However I don’t think it’d work for something like hot yoga. (I did put my hair in like four pigtails and keep the headband on until it dried)

Works Well for Sweat
This is cheap and works well. I sweat profusely in Karate training, this thing stays put. I can’t attest for it minimizing head sweat, cause I have THICK locs that sweat anyway. But I will say sweat beads don’t come down my face anymore. No more wiping my forehead on my sleeves.

Love it! I sweat alot in my head during a workout but with this head scarf on I didn't feel any sweat in my scalp it was all on my back and feet!

Silk Press Approved
I got this specifically to use when working out with a silk press and I must say it was a great alternative to the Gymwrap. It is good value and fits well but leaves enough breathability for your hair while working out. It stays secured.
