Yes we use it everywhere. Neck, elbows hands and feet. It is small tube, a little is all that is needed.

Can u use this product every night or is it meant for occasional use ?

I use it before bed every night. Wake up clean my face and use a different moisturizer. Same brand. My skin feels great and clear. Just using that at night keeps my face nice the following day if I decide not to wash up.
