I installed this in my RV kitchen. Take time to measure approximately. It stands much taller and has a curved neck. Moves back and forth. Seems really nice, the spout does seem like plastic pvc. The base and handles are a heavier metal. I had an older faucet and it got clogged and water just quit coming thru it. To my surprise it was the same as the 1 I removed, (metal base, knobs and plastic pvc spout). This Solvex water spout has a nice large openinag. This works and looks great. Appreciate the value and quality. It seems sturdy enough that it will last for sevaeral years if not longer. Very easy to install. It came with everything I needed including washers for under the counter. I only hand tightened no tape or glue. No leaks and its been in a week. If your installing a new 1, don't forget new washers for your hot/cold valves connection. That's not part of the faucet...but needed to ensure no leaks. Great value and works great, giving me more space for my sink to fill pots and things. Great flow. ❤️ Mine

This is nice. It has thick handles. Installed very easily. The water pressure is amazing. Great quality for the price. The fit was great and compatible with the original model we had. So far I am enjoying this one. I would definitely recommend it.

Waiting to see how long it will last. More plastic then expected. Very light weight. But fit good.

I needed a cheap faucet for a sink I was installing in my shop (it was an old kitchen sink we replaced a while back). It is made of plastic, so I don't expect it to hold-up if something bangs into it, but it does work and doesn't leak/drip. The water flow is good (not super constricted like some modern faucets), which is what I need when I'm washing my hands with oil and grease on them! My only complaint is that the neck doesn't extend nearly as far as I would like (my own fault for not looking at this measurement). So the water comes down into the sink about two inches away from the back wall of the sink. I don't expect this faucet to survive in my shop long enough to need stem replacements, but if I was installing this in a home I would be worried. Trying to get valve stems for the big brands can be a challenge... for something like this... probably impossible.

Revision- The chromed plastic base cracked in 6 months between faucet hole and the center riser. Looks like crap and I have to replace it. It has been "value engineered" to death. My original post is below. This works well, including the ceramic valves. The base is metalized plastic and flexes so that it does not stay locked into the black plastic base piece. Not a serious problem as it still sits flat, looks fine and requires silicone caulk to seal the base, regardless. The other quality issue is that the cold water valve has half the flow rate of the hot. Again, not a serious issue, but indicates a partial blockage of the internal plumbing on the cold side. At this faucet's bargain price, if it serves well for a dozen years I'll be happy. My last similar faucet also had ceramic valves which started weeping slowly at 15 years. That's good for my hard well water. I"d rather have an inexpensive faucet that can just be replaced as a unit affordably when the time comes.

An excellent product. Easy installation, works great, looks great and is a phenomenal value for the money. I wasn't happy with the styles and prices of the faucets at my local stores, so I'm glad I found this on Amazon. While it does cut cost by using some plastic parts, in practice you'd never know this wasn't solid chrome. Once installed it operates beautifully and looks fantastic.

Looks good but is extremely light weight. Spout comes separately and after being inserted in the faucet connection must be tightened with metallic looking nut. Do not over tighten nut as it is junky plastic and WILL crack. Also when turning on hot or cold water the stainless steel pipe jumps up slightly like under pressure. Great for a rental apartment.

I was surprised that this worked. For such a reasonable price I thought for sure this was going to be a toy faucet. It's been installed for a few months, it works great, I'm thrilled! Very happy I purchased this!

Very easy install and no issues so far after 3 months.
