I have told many people about Luminance! With my new extra tip I am excited to be able to let people borrow it so they can see how powerful it is! LISTEN TO THIS! Just last week I had a cold and a cold sore with it. I have not had a cold for three years! I was out of town but had my Luminance light. (I don’t leave home without it!) I caught the cold sore at the very beginning just before bed. Grabbed my Luminance light and did a one minute treatment. The next morning it was just a tiny scab. Amazing! Then I had an idea. Why not try it on my VERY sore throat? Never heard of red light for this but… IT WORKED. SERIOUSLY! My throat pain was at least 80% better! The effect was a lot like Chloraseptic - without the weird taste. Pain almost gone! Already shared this new discovery with a sick family member who owns the Luminance! I thought the expense for Luminance was well worth the price for cold sores but now I am even more excited that I got one! Sore throats are nasty! I’m sure my extra tip will get lots of use by friends and family! And after they love it I will explain - now buy your own!

I dropped the original fiber optic and it shattered. Replacement works as expected

This is my third tip for the laser- they keep shattering, once when I dropped it and once when in my luggage. The product works so well I’ll still replace it though!

I ordered an additional tip so I could safely share this product with my son. It really does heal canker sores very quickly.

Don’t buy - the tip stopped working within a year of purchase, and you can’t order a replacement tip, so you just have to toss the entire unit. What a waste of resources and money.

I have been suffering from canker sores most of my 51 years of life. My co-worker told me about this product and I decided to try it out. I LOVE it! It works great. It lessens the time the canker sores usually take to heal. I was disheartened when the tip fell & shattered last week. The first time it got knocked off its base, I chipped the tip and thought nothing of it until I went to clean up the black pieces off the floor. I used my fingertip to pick it up and, boy, I quickly found out that it was pieces of broken glass...from the tip of the wand!! I continued using it but then last week, I went to place an item in my medicine cabinet & missed the shelf. :( The item fell on the wand in its base and knocked it to the floor. It broke right off the wand!I'm very glad to see that I can just purchase a replacement tip. Just be VERY CAREFUL with cleaning/storing the tip!!

The few times I used this, it seemed very effective. I am a decades-long cold sore victim and this (with a combination of Valacyclovir) is the only thing that seems to work.Unfortunately, a cat who shall remained unnamed for his own protection decide to give this a nudge off my bathroom counter and the tip shattered. While I understand that this is a relatively fragile device, I would think it should survive a 28" fall at least once--any phone or other modern device will handle that kind of fall.Worse--the replacement tip is $49, which is pretty steep considering what it is, which is just some fiber optics in some sort of ceramic(?) mold. They are basically holding you hostage to say, "well, you can throw away the whole thing or pay us 25% of your original purchase to repair something that should be a bit more durable.".So... it works, but you are going to be extremely unhappy when it breaks.Note: If it came with two tips to begin with, I would not complain--if you break one, bad design; if you break two, shame on you.
