Good product
This chair is very comfortable. Assembly took less than 20 minutes. My only complaint is that the headrest does not hold its position very well. Some electrical tape cured that. I wasn't even going to use the headrest at first but with the angle of my monitors, it is a very handy feature to have. I haven't had any issues with the cylinder 'drifting' yet. I did purchase a memory-foam seat cushion for this chair. In my work, I have times when I am at my desk for 8+ hrs at a time and no fatigue from this chair.

The chairs feels very comfortable and I can sit and work for hours without any issue. I do wish the reclining feature was adjustable. It is all or nothing with the recline but I can deal with that. I would highly reccomend this chair for anyone with a home office and does not want a big leather alternative.

The packaging that it arrived in was pretty beat up
The packaging that it arrived in was pretty beat up, but it arrived with no damage. The chair itself is wonderful. I am 5'11" at ~250 lbs and it feels like the chair was made for my back and neck perfectly. However, the headrest slides up and down a bit if you push it with minimal force. The arms are also about an inch or two lower than I would like overall. Still a very comfortable chair that I am incredibly happy with.

Pretty good chair
Pretty good chair, comfortable. I wish it sat up a little more forward, or armrests were back further. Other than that I like it.
