I do a lot of things turbo cars, airplanes boats, this product is the secret weapon. Stays soft and plyable seals like crazy. Found it through a aviation mechanic years ago use it on everything. Makes any gasket better .

Not a good valve.
This is a very small package of hylomar.I did not realize they made 1.3oz tubes of this product. But here it is.

Old product
According to the manufacturer, Hylomar M has a shelf life of 2 years from date of manufacture. The product I received was manufactured in August 2021 leaving just 14 months remaining shelf life. Not very much. If I can’t use it all quickly, I’ll have to throw the remainder away. My rating is base on the age of the product, not its quality.

Best money spent to stop Harley oil leaks!
Applied to Harley top end during rebuild and no more oil leaks. Researched YouTube and Harley forums and gave try. Coated base gasket area, put cylinder on, moved it around so to get on both surfaces, removed, let acetone evaporate after 20 minutes. Then put base gasket on, then cylinders. Did same for rocker gasket surfaces. After finished up... went for 3 hour ride to Ohio, then another 3 hour ride back home. And was very impressed no drops of oil on garage floor! My bike was notorious for always leaking in certain spots. Not any more. This stuff doesn't ever harden. YouTube it and you'll see what I did. I will always use this for now on.

very happy I took their advice
I was told about this from a respected engine rebuilding shop so I tried it and am very, very happy I took their advice. It was suggested to use very little so I did and it completed stopped my rear cylinder base o-ring leak. To me it's totally worth the money.

good stuff. Have to get everything ready
good stuff. Have to get everything ready, as the solvent evaporates a tad quicker than the label says, but spreads well, and makes a good seal. easy clean up of what squeezes out of the joint.
