The images will not rub, peel, or scratch off like vinyl or markers. They are dishwasher and microwave safe. All of our mugs are packaged securely for safe shipping. Choose either an 11 oz or 15 oz mug at checkout. Images are printed on both sides of the mug. All of our mugs are made to order. Our processing time to create your mug once ordered is 2-3 business days. Shipping is USPS Priority mail for shipments inside the USA, which includes $50 insurance. Should your mug arrived damaged, your purchase is automatically covered and we are always glad to work with you on replacements. You will receive your package within 2-3 business days of it being shipped!
