Might have bad batteries. Try new ones then return it if it doesn't work.

I just received mine today, i put brand new batteries in it turned it on and it wont do anything, I would like another one that works if possible?

Check to be sure the batteries are in correctly. If not I would return it.

I would say no the outfit and the skeleton are soft material itd be better on a porch or inside.
