Is this only for when pumping? Or can you use it anytime?

Thanks so much for your question! Yes, you can use our massagers any time, but many moms prefer to use them before, during , or after pumping.

Are you able to use the rounded side for massaging, similar to the original LaVie massager?

Yes! The shape is not as ergonomic for working into the breast like our original massager, however it could work similar. We usually recommend to leave the pads in the bra to warm the breast first, then you can use the rounded end to scoop, pressing into the ducts and moving forward to move the milk. You can also use it to apply some compression on the ducts.

One of the massagers only lasts for 20 minutes is this normal?

I get through a session and a half with mine, using both warmer and massager at the same time. Each pumping session is 20 min so about 30-35min before it’s telling me it’s about to die. Frustrating because I don’t have the time or place to recharge at work before next feed.

What type of charger is this?

I bought one set and it was usb but I got another and it’s usb-c so I guess 50/50 shot of either? Or maybe they just switched over
