The product is absolutely awesome. Even church members noticed a major difference in the sound quality. It was easy to install and it was well worth the money.

Use it like a kleenex and throw it away when it breaks, probably in a year.
Doon`t expect this to last. Bought one as a backup for My Denon, when they discontinued all dual CD players. Opened it, tested a few CD`s, put it away for 6 months. Opened it and both trays wouldnt read a disc. Called customer service, said they couldn`t repair it because it was out of warranty. Garbage.

A good starter unit. have to get use to the bells and whistles this unit has to offer.

Easy to Operate
This was purchase as a new component for a new sound system. It was very easy to learn it’s operation. Currently it’s not in a rack cabinet; the situation called for a taller operating cabinet than could be found online for only 4 items. It is used in a church and functions extremely well. We connect to the unit’s rca outs and into a mixer board with2 3 prong inputs ( I’m so new to this that I forgot the connection’s name. )

Only works for about a year…
Bought this 2250i from Amazon brand new out of the box in January of 2025. It’s June 2026 and only the left side of the dual player works. The right side stopped working months back and even had to take it apart, which was easy just to get my cd out of the right side. The left side has gone out a couple times but then after a few times of turning the unit off and on it finally shows the display and reads the disc. For the money this dual player is ok, those who are old school know Gemini brand has always been mediocre. When the left side stops reading I just buy a new one…..

Gemini DJ system
Needed to replace my Gemini CDX-2250 DJ all in one system due to a cd player not working…after 6 years of good service. (Originally purchased from Amazon in 2016.) The new item was the Gemini CDS-2250i for $288 which I received on time for my next gig. Out of the nice freshly packaged box I plugged it in and tested all functionality and everything worked nicely. Mounted it into my rack system, everything worked perfect! Powered it up at the gig and all went well! I’m back in the saddle again. With CDs a dying bread it was hard to find this type of system, but Amazon had it. (Would recommend buying it new vs refurbished or used…for peace of mind.)
