Plug n play
Plugged it into my R56 Mini and it works great. No issues whatsoever. Sound quality is fine…as good as it could be given the sound system it is plugged into (original 2010 Mini Cooper R56 base system). Initial setup prompted by voice, so you know you are connected and have power. Then simply select in your phone Bluetooth settings.

Alright by me
Plug and play for Bluetooth on my 2018 BMW K1600B. Very compact. Hooked up to factory plugs in dedicated pouch in saddlebag. Instantly paired and synced with bike. Put bike setting on AUX and Spotify feed works like a champ. For $22 can't go wrong. Hope longevity won't be an issue.

Works on my R60 Countryman
Works as described. Could not use an auxiliary adapter cord, my phone would disconnect, so I purchased this adapter and it works flawlessly with Bluetooth. However, you still have to unplug it when you get out of the car because the USB connection remains hot even when the vehicle is off. Will drain the battery.

It works but at a cost…
I bought this for my mini to prevent having to plug in my phone every time I want to listen to music. While it’s simple and easy to connect and use, the sound quality is atrocious. If I could give the sound quality a 0 start rating, I would. I will be sticking to my aux cord method for the foreseeable future.

Fixes an annoying issue with BMWs from the 08-11 yrs
My '10 335i has Bluetooth for calls but to get it for auto requires an expensive software update at the dealer. But in the center console theres a perfect usb next to the aux port and this lil device hides perfectly and the sound is way better than the radio jamming type of bluetooth adapters. The ONLY downside for the bmw owners using this is the USB in the center console doesnt turn off when the car is off like the other ports. So if you have your BT on and happen to be playing somethings as you walk by your car, the device will pair to the phone. So you have to unplug the usb side when you get out, not a big deal, but of course bmw wouldnt make things perfect for ya haha either way this is way worth the 25$ instead of the 300$ software upgrade at bmw

First was defective, second one worked
Th led didn’t power on and I couldn’t connect to Bluetooth. I sent back to Amazon and they sent me a working one. 4 stars. Audio volume doesn’t get as loud as radio.
