makes the best spaghetti & meat sauce. i wish it were cheaper on amazon. my little country grocery stores have for $3 or $4, but such a pain to go there for only one thing.

Makes a great filler for meatloaf, spaghetti sauce, taco filling. It really does take on the texture and flavor of the meat. All with less fat! My "finicky" wife liked it too!

Great value! Just as expected.
We used to buying this type of product when we lived in Central America, but have had a hard time finding it in US grocery stores. This is very similar to the product that you would find in Central American grocery stores and is the right prices as well. The product came just as expected and tastes like it's supposed to! It's a staple in our mostly plant based home!

getting hard to find this product
glad I found it here. All my regular stores no longer carry it and if they do, it is 2-4X the usual price for smaller packages. This was pricier than I expected but at least i won't have to drive to 5 stores looking for it. It tastes and functions just as expected. I added it to a Veggie-loaf tonight to give the mix a firmer texture.
