Hi! I do not know...I love them except they are not tall enough for me, so I came up with a solution. I cut the tongues out of some all but dead sneakers and tuck those into my socks to do two things. 1) raise and keep the guards higher on my legs and 2) protect that area because the guards are kept higher. Note that I don't use these for soccer though they may still be useful that way. I'm always bashing my legs on stuff I'm working on. :P I'd expect carefully washing them by hand would be fine or in the washer, on gentle and a short time by themselves and NOT after towels or similar have been washed as the Velcro will collect up everything.

How many ounces do these weigh?

Don't know for sure but certainly no more than a 5mm neoprene knee sleeve of the same size; very minimal.

Do these shin guards have velcro to adjust the dimensions to fit fit with my kneepads ?

They have Velcro but to do that I don’t know
