I have suffered for over 20 years with RA and so very skeptical when it comes to supplements or alternative remedies because few have ever made any difference. My aunt suggested I try this and so I reluctantly did. Even after a few days, I noticed a difference. Especially on days I forgot to take it—I could feel and see changes in inflammation rise or fall depending on taking it or not. After this occurred numerous times, I became a believer! I was unsure about what to expect from this product, however now that I have tried this I’m glad I did. My inflammation pain due to lupus has subsided to point that I haven’t been in some time. I will continue this product because this is amazing to not have the joint pain that I have endured for years. I do recommend taking the easy to swallow tablet with food so your tummy doesn’t get mad and drink plenty of water/fluids while taking this supplement. I’m very grateful to Plantful for this supplement, this relief is amazing.

I am 6 months postpartum and breastfeeding, this supplement really helps fight pain and inflammation I have been dealing with. I can definitely tell the difference from when I’m taking it compared to when I am not. I appreciate that black pepper is added for boosted absorption.
