Update: Unfortunately the bristles started to fall out of the brush after a couple months of use :( I reached out to the company, and they were kind enough to provide me a replacement at no additional charge, along with refunding my money on the original brush. Great customer service!I have never felt a brush more soft!! I am so happy I decided to purchase this little piece of Heaven. It helps me clean off my makeup and feels so wonderful on the skin! I have not had any issues with it drying. I squeeze the extra water out and hang it up until next use. It dries pretty throughly within 24hrs. Will buy again!

Soft but firm exfoliating face brush. I don't want to use any kind of stiff brush or a too soft silicone for my face while I'm on prescription strength acne medication. So far this has worked out. I really like the shape of the handle and how nice it fits in my hand.

Wasn't bad, was a little disappointed as I thought it would be more of an exfoliating brush and a little bigger too. But the description does say it is ultra soft. And it is, it feels like my kittens fur. And the reviewer who said it smells like wet dog wasn't lying, it does, but its faint. For me this was pretty much a waste of money. But I will still use it with gentle cleansers in my morning routine.

This brush is very nice. soft yet dense enough to feel like it is getting deep. Cleasing with it or dry brushing with oils feels nice.But.... I've bought two of these brushes after the first one started losing bristles. the second brush felt more solid and the bristles seemed glued well enough.Just like the first brush after a week the bristles started to slip out again.After some thought I realized that the tea tree oil was dissolving the adhesive holding all of the bristles together.So after buying this brush twice and ruining them with what I think is tea tree oil. I will try this again and never let it touch that oil. But I will continue to use the Jojoba oil with it and the cleansing wash with it.The manufacturer needs to use a thinner adhesive to allow ALL of the bristle bases to float in the glue before it dries. This will make the brush more solid if my assumption about the tea tree oil is not correct.

Aveda sells a brush identical to this for over $40. It’s main benefit is to increase blood circulation in the face and decrease saggy skin with daily dry skin massaging. The bristles are meant to be as fine and soft as cat hair to avoid pulling and tugging on the skin when doing a dry skin massage on the face every morning. I add a little grape seed oil to my face and gently massage it in with the brush every morning to wake up my skin!!

Too soft for my liking. It feels similar to smushing my face against my cat’s underbelly... which is extremely soft. Good construction and materials otherwise.

Really sad about the product. I love the soft bristles and the fit on my hand.However after first weekend travel of use, the glue came undone already. Thought it wouldn't happen since this product was so highly rated.Maybe this is a faulty prooduct and I just got unlucky? Now I have to throw it away or buy some superglue myself...

If you are looking for a brush to scrub everything off your face then don’t get this one. It’s not a bad brush at all!!! It’s soft to the face and is great for sensitive skin. I don’t get acne but I still think it’s important to wash your face, is you are in a similar position then definitely order this.
