Don't get me wrong hear, the knife it self is very nice, fit and finish is well done, the sheath in the picture I did not receive, what I got was a plain chocolate brown sheath with no design and the snap was not solid, so I had to buy a new snap which had a rope cross on it to give it a little western flair, and I might put a 3D stamp on it of some kind to make up for the original one missing design. I called the company that makes this product, and they calm that change will be made with out there knowledge like this, and per-motion adds don't changed so the old adds stay on, he even referred to it as the Japanese surprise, AKA quietly control. and just as a side note; 1084 and WS1 is the make up of the steels used in the knife so I am told by SZCO, this is the maker of this product under the Rite Edge brand, rockwell hardness just under 60. I'm not discouraging people not to but the knife, just be aware of what you may get and might have to invest a little to make it just so. God luck!

Beautiful knife! Heavy, substantial and lovely to behold!

My fiance got this for his boss as a Christmas gift. It was absolutely beautiful and wonderful quality. The packaging was good, the blade oiled well, and it arrived within two weeks of ordering it.

This is a very attractive and well made knife and sheath. I would have rated this product with 5 stars but there was a deep scratch on the brass hand guard.
