LOVE
My son has used this so much practicing his skill. We have had this for a few years now and it still holds up! He loved it and has become so good using it! Highly recommend for anyone wanting to practice with a bo staff.

Item Description
I loved this product! It is super light and you can spin it and hit with it really fast. It is foam padded so you do not hurt your sparring partner however the ends are not padded. The staff is plastic and hollow though. I broke mine because I let my partner borrow it and i used a heavy duty plastic katana with a pool noodle over it. The staff cannot withstand heavy attacks and should be used to spar with weapons of a similar material and weight.I hope this is helpful.

Very cool
My 8 year old loves his staff. He plays with it all the time. I'm just happy when he is not on the tablet.

Good quality, size, and weight
My 10 yo son loves this. So far, it's pretty durable, even though he's hit it off some things. It's a good length for him (he's about 4'10") and a good thickness, even though he has "man hands." Great weight for spinning around.
