Very detailed floor plans!!
I actually found a house plan in this book that I ultimately used to build my new home!

Nice book with lots of great plans

Decent book, watch out for essentially the same plans in other books
I bought a similar book with a different title and cover and it turns out they are mostly the same plans and give the same website to order from. The plans and the book are fine and has some nice information and easy to view layouts, and for what they are and the price, I'm generally happy based on my expectations. But I essentially have 2 nearly the same books. So maybe pay attention to the publishers, authors or other identifiers to avoid books having the same plans from the same company website. I'm putting this similar review up for that book as well.

Not all pages have a floor plan
No floor plan over approx 1200 sq feet. Some pages in each section only shows picture (not floor plan) where they indicate you need to go to their website to view floor plan etc. first picture shows the page with pictures of 4 places. 2nd picture shows the floor plan

Good little book to reference when trying to figure out what design you want - and you can buy the plans when you find one you want. It's nice reference.

Great book for small homes!
Loved the quantity and variety of designs plus the pictures!(see image #1) The only negative comment I would make is that you have to go to their website to get some of the floor plans(see image #2) and I totally understand why - otherwise it would be a huge book. This book is well worth the money!
