Kaytee Pro-Nail Trimmer Purple

I have three ferrets and four cats. Two dogs as well (but they're much too big for these clippers). I originally purchased these clippers for my ferrets. My younger two keep their nails relatively short with their constant digging and frolicking, but my older girl often needs her nails trimmed for her (as she spends a majority of her days resting rather than playing). I'm always scared of nicking my poor furry-children's blood line in their nails. It's painful, it's bloody, and it's no fun for anyone. Human nail clippers don't allow me to fit the curve of the claw, nor do they allow a good visual of the claw. That's why I decided to try pet clippers. I like these so much better than baby human nail clippers. They are shaped like scissors, which allows them to easily fit into my average female hands. They have grips on the inside which keep them from slipping. The clippers themselves are very sharp and leave a nice straight cut across the nail. I can clip my ferret's front nails in under 5 minutes with these trimmers. I've never hit a bloodline (knock on wood)- nor have the nails ever cracked from the pressure. These are so easy to use- it's like cutting butter. I also have an older female cat who has trouble keeping her nails filed by herself. So eventually she needs a clipping- so her poor little feet don't stick on the carpet as she walks. She hates having her nails cut, and human nail clippers were never easy to use with a squirming feline. On the other hand, these clippers work great. They fit to the curvature of her nail so I can latch onto a claw, find the right length, and clip quickly, painlessly, and easily. So far the only two animals I've tried these clippers on are cats and ferrets, but I'm sure they would work well for all small pets including guinea pigs and rabbits. They are very easy to use and leave a nice smooth cut. One of the best hygienic accessories I've purchased for my pets!

I originally bought these for my green cheek conures, but they’ve ended up being great for cats and rabbits as well. They’re easy to use, feel controlled, and get the job done cleanly without splitting nails. I’ve had them for over three years now and they’ve held up really well with consistent use. Durable and dependable.

these work great, they are much tighter than others I have purchased which makes me feel a lot more comfortable using them for my budgerigars. they have already lasted me a year and don’t feel any different to me, quite happy with them and would recommend for precise small animal nail trims!

I really like that the tip of the product is narrow. It's better than other guinea nail trimmers in that sense because it can get in between the toes, and on the nails, easier. The only negative thing I have to say about this product is that it's difficult to close and open. I am unsure if it was just the product I purchased, but it takes a bit of force to open and close the scissors. It makes it difficult to get in there and cut the nails fast. With that said, the force of the cut is good (cuts just as good as any other guinea nail trimmers I have and is a sturdy product).

Thank you for making these! I've been trying to use the cat clippers and toe nail clippers for the front feet. Both have been awkward. I just got these and have used them once. Nice and sharp. I thought they looked big but the blade is a bit smaller than the cat clippers.

Love these trimmers, I have always taken my rabbit to vet to have his nails trimmed because he is black and has black toe nails, so I was afraid to try and cut them. His nails were getting too long and was unable to get him to get, so I read about how to cut the nails if the are black, then I ordered these trimmers, they are very sharp and easy to use, they give a clean quick cut

Work great, I got them to cut my ferrets' nails. Cuts super clean and easily, handles are a very firm rubber type material, so it doesnt bend easily, but is still soft and flexible, so theyre more comfortable to hold than clippers with a hard plastic handle

These nail clippers work so amazing, I never had a problem with these. My guinea pigs hate to get their nails clipped but with these clippers it’s so easy and not a hassle. Definitely recommend for your little furry babies 10/10

Venía un apartado para calificar por aroma, pero creo que no aplica. Es decir, no huele mal, no huele a plástico pero tampoco esperaba que lo hiciera. Es muy útil, de muy buena calidad y no espanta a mi conejo porque casi no hace ruido. Excelente compra.
