(If you want just review for product, scroll to paragraph 4.) EDIT AFTER 1 YEAR: I’ve been taking this for a year. It’s so helpful. If I told yall—I don’t know if yall would believe me!! Still amazing—still working—and so satisfied. I do have anemia, so maybe that’s why it’s changed my life so much. I’ll start with some personal background of myself for context. I’ve been on a journey to figure out what’s wrong with me for 8 years. I hit 32, I had 5 kids at this point, and my body broke down. I went to doctor after doctor. Now I’m 38 and Figured out I have PMDD, 300% higher cortisol than normal, gallbladder removal was needed, and hormones messed up bad. ZERO sex drive, heavy periods with clots, so irritable, wanted to divorce my husband frequently. I tried a lot of things that haven’t helped. I’m exhausted, barely function after work, and I would cry at the end of the day. I was just so exhausted and surviving. Chat GBT suggested this product after my iron isn’t effective enough. I was skeptical because I’m tired of products and tired of years of searching. I bought it with the intention of returning it if it didn’t work. Y’all… This product has changed my life. It doesn’t taste like anything, easy to swallow, and my dog went crazy when I took it out of the Amazon package. Before I even took off the protective plastic, my dog was smelling the bottle and trying to get inside, which is a terrific sign. Even now, when I take it, my dog is at my feet just waiting for the day I drop a pill. He is obsessed with it. It must be terrific quality!! Within a week, I’m feeling so much better. I only take one at night. I work full time and I used to cry at the end of the day. I’m just so tired and can’t make one more decision, let alone do baths, homework, laundry, etc. Now I’m tired, but I can push through. My pep talks work and I still have energy to walk around and clean up a little at the end of the day. Before I’d lay down and wouldn’t get up. My teenager was having to make dinners and do too much or I’d order out. I feel like I have more mental clarity. I’m less depressed, I’m thinking about even working out again, and I’m functioning—-not surviving. I usually have clots with my period about a quarter size. I only had tiny ones about a pea size now! My cycle was 3 days and about average. I’m getting a sex drive back. While it’s small—-it’s there. I thought that part of me had died!! This product is a life saver. It has helped me so much!! I can’t say enough!! I wish I knew about it YEARS ago!!!

ONE AND DONE pill! I have been taking this for 3 months. I know others are saying there is a smell, but I have not experienced that at all! 1 pill a day and there is 200 in a bottle for the price... YES! You do the math compared to the other brands! I LOVE the fact that I only have to take 1 pill, not 3-6 like the other brands require. This is MY experience: I have anemia and my iron dropping has not been a problem while taking these, whereas I don't eat much and protein is not high on my list as it should be. I also do not bruise easily anymore and I'd bet money my Ferretin levels have gone up. I have energy not fatigued where all I want to do is sleep. I'll be checking my levels in a week or so. I can't recommend this product enough, especially if you are like me and take quite a few supplements and don't want to have to swallow another 3-6 pills! LOVE THIS BRAND AND THE PRICE!

I decided to give this supplement a go because Grassfed beef organs come highly recommended by all the keto/carnivore gurus. I looked at many very expensive supplements but settled for this brand because I was looking for something on the cheap. I wasn’t expecting a difference really and nor did I expect to feel a difference on the first try or two but I did. I came to keto/carnivore because of chronic medical conditions and chronic fatigue plagues me and has for YEARS. So, the day I received this supplement, I took it with my meal. Didn’t notice anything and really didn’t expect to. I am very weary of products since I have bought all the snake oil there is to choke on with no results at all. So, I am quite pessimistic. But the next day, I took the supplement again with my meal. Sometime after, I happened to notice an uptick in my energy levels and it was sustained throughout the day. THAT NEVER happens. I don’t care what I do, or ever have done. It just never happens. But it did, so it must be the supplement that helped me. I can’t attribute that occurrence to anything else because taking this supplement was the only new thing I have tried. For those screaming there are rice fillers… I looked all over the label and researched this supplement and it’s contents and I do not find any rice flour in them listed as an ingredient/filler. Was a little worried that there is magnesium stearate in it, but maybe to et amount is so negligable that there’s no real harm? I can think of dozens of things we put in and on our bodies daily that we may not even have any knowledge of and many of those things are FAR worse than Mag Stearate. All I can say is that I believe this product did help my energy levels based on the fact that my condition is chronic and severe and the fatigue has been bloody awful for several years with nothing that my doctors put me on or tried even helped change that. I also suffer from brain fog. I noticed that my brain fog even lifted at the second dose. So, all that being said, it is up to you what you want to buy, but I believe to is stuff helped me. I will return here and share progress. I know many don’t when they say that, but I will because I know many people out there suffer like I do and I want to give good info about products or supplements I find that may help others too. I want everyone to feel well and if this product can do something to help, I want everybody in the world to know about it. So, I’ll be seeing you all soon with updates. ** UPDATE: No more headaches and feel back to normal. After researching more I think the issue was that I already supplement zinc and this was causing me to overload on it. Thats on me and not the product. I have nothing negative to say about the product and will change review to 4 stars. Recently purchased after listening to a podcast that discussed the health benefits of beef organs. The capsule is tasteless to me and doesn’t cause any stomach issues however I started getting really bad headaches out of the blue. So bad that I had to leave the gym cause my head was pounding. Idk if it’s because of this product but I will discontinue for a week and see if it stops as this is the only new supplement that I’ve added.

This is brining my labs from low 20s up to 50s! My hair is growing back. I use it every two/three days to catch rhe hepcidin cycle. This is showing in my labs! 🤙

I purchased this for the first time in December 2025. It is now February 27th 2026. I purchased this product to see if it would help with hormone related changes due to the change of life a woman experiences( peri menopause/menopuase). After the first week on it I had more energy than I had in a while. Now that it has been 2 months of taking it daily I have a lot more energy and able to complete task faster than I was which was slow lol. My memory has improved and my brain fog is improving. Mood swings are not as severe and my overall mood is not grumpy or depressed now. I have lost 3 pounds and I have not been dieting or exercising. I have noticed that my appetite is different now. So far I am really happy with this product. Added bonus is it’s not breaking the bank either. I Highly recommend this product to anyone who has thought about and researched beef organ supplements.

Decent price, got here fast, no issues with the actual product itself outside of I'm not sure if it really helped with any of the lacking vitamins as I felt no physical or mental changes and positivity or negativity and the test I run on my blood didn't show any change at all.

Been taking for three months now and haven't felt any different. One capsule a day makes it good value but perhaps isn't a high enough dose?
