There are two very small holes that would probably take locks about the same size as suitcase padlocks

Can the dividers be removed or repositioned

The top tray has only pockets to divide up tools etc. The Lower part of the box is simply an open case. The only thing dividing the top tray is the tray handle and small tools fall through the gap into the base. (eg knives and small screwdrivers). The two 'screw' holders on the top have dividers but these are fixed and moulded in.
