The ornament is super sweet and I know my parents will love it! Not only was it cute, but I had some trouble with the delivery of this item... I think someone may have stolen the box from my porch :( The customer service from the vendor was outstanding. They were super understanding and sent a new ornament right away. Bought this for my daughter in-law's parents for a special Christmas gift - they will be first time grandparents. They loved it and it brought tears to many eyes at the family gift exchange.

Prefect but plan ahead to not get killed on shipping.
Perfect gift for our parents to add to their Christmas tree, they can update it as time goes. It was a very heartfelt message and was very well received. Also, they can use a picture frame but we bought for the tree, my mom is old school and an avid collector of meaningful ornaments. Plan ahead its not a prime item and has longer than normal shipping with big windows. If you need for a specific date make sure to order early. This is the reason for the 4-star review as I had to pay double (extra $12 on top of the normal shipping charge) to expedite shipping taking it from 2 weeks to 1 week. It's the 21st century you can overnight it for $7 so I don't appreciate being taking advantage of around Christmas. It would have gotten 5 stars without the shipping issue. Its good quality, and by far and away the best option the market that I found in my hours of looking.
