Great headset with a few minor issues
The headset is pretty comfortable. It has a cloth covered pad instead of the typical faux leather or plain exposed foam. It is also very lightweight. The magnetic button works correctly, and the headbands adjust well. The lenses are adjustable and allow for good focus even with my myopia. The company behind it also seems to have great customer service if you should ever need it. Overall it works well, and I enjoy it. That said, there are a few issues that could be improved upon:1) the adjustment on the bands does not stay firmly in place, and over time needs to be readjusted.2) the bands are a little too elastic, which while very comfortable, allows the whole device to wobble when you move your head even when properly adjusted.3) the magnetic button falls off easily if you slide it with just a little too much force. A wider lip around it would solve this (you can fix it yourself with some hotglue or sugru), but at least they include a spare button in the box.4) there are vents, but my phone still overheats after some time. This is mostly my phone's fault, but the vents are rather small and better ventilation would certainly help.5) the suction cups used to secure the phone simply do not work on phones with textured backs. I've also tested it on phones with smooth flat backs and it works fine for those, but alas I, and many others, do not have such devices. I've solved this issue by cramming a little bit of foam between the back of my phone and the suction cups so that the phone is held in with clamping force, but it does make lining up the phone properly a little bit fiddly.6) there is no padding whatsoever on the nose area. I guess people with smaller noses wouldn't even have any nose contact at all, which would be fine, but for my slightly larger than average nose, having bare ABS plastic resting on the bridge of my nose does become uncomfortable after extended periods of time. It is at least smooth and rounded though, so it is easily fixed by attaching some padding. At the end of the day, I would still highly recommend this VR headset. It works well, is reasonably priced, and although it has some issues none of them are particularly serious.

Quality, ease of use, before and after the sale support.
Shortly after ordering this product and before receiving it, I received a very nice "Welcome" email from the Seller with the product manual attached in .pdf format along with some other helpful information. That alone gave me a positive sense of comfort knowing they were interested in making sure my purchase and experience with their product goes smoothly. I received this product on a Sunday which was within a couple of days of ordering. I opened up the box, read and followed the easy to understand instructions which included going to play.google.com on my phone in order to download and install whatever VR apps I wanted to try (with most being free to download)..I started off with a Cedar Point Rollercoaster app and a Wing Suit app (both FREE) that I downloaded and installed onto my android phone.Once I was finished downloading and installing I was prompted to "Open" the app which I did and upon opening was prompted to start the app and when I did it then prompted me to put the phone inside the headset and then it would begin automatically. Once I put the headset on, I looked around left, right, up, down, etc. and focused on the Start option with my eyes and it started the Roller Coaster Ride automatically.Apps may have different prompts to go through which are fairly intuitive. There are a couple of adjustment sliders on the top of the headset very near where the strap attaches which will allow you to adjust the focus. These slider focus options can not only slide left and right but front and back as well. So take your time and use them to tweak your viewing experience for the better.BTW - The lenses inside the headset have a very thin and hardly noticeable saran wrap type protective covering on them you may wish to remove. I hadn't even noticed it until after already have used the glasses successfully many times. I bought these in the hopes of helping some in my family who suffer panic attacks and chronic anxiety. I'm very encouraged so far (was just checking out "Angst: The Panic Attack" and believe it could very well help. For $20 I think it's the best value I've received over my years buying on Amazon. Highly Recommend spending the $20. Enjoy! Premium Virtual Reality VR Headset w/ Magnetic Button Trigger by Sytros, Lightweight VR Goggles Glasses for Apple iPhone Android & Samsung Smartphones

Probaby the best cheap VR headset
I wanted to get back into VR after getting a One Plus 6. I have had an oculus rift DK2 and a Gear VR so I have quite a bit of experience. Oddly enough the Sytros with the One Plus 6 gives a better experience than either of the other 2 I have had. I am a glasses wearer and have severe astigmatism. For some reason the Sytros looks perfect without my glasses where as the others did not. No idea why this is but it was a pleasant surprise. Everything looks great and sharp without my glasses.I also really like the way the phone is accessible with the front cover folded down. With the Gear VR it was pretty tough to take out the phone and manipulate the screen if you had to and with this one its really easy. With a few improvements it could be perfect. The bad:The Sytros looses one star for 2 reasons. First is that with my particular phone the suction cups that hold the phone in don't hold forever. If you wear it for more than 10 or 15 min the phone will start to rotate inside the viewer and has to be re positioned. Second the nose cavity could be deeper and padded. It presses against my nose which is the most uncomfortable part of the whole headset.
