Instructions take the form of a business card with a link to download files. The Install documents refer to files that do not exist. Running the files that do exist fail with various errors. One fails with a stop error, the other with a database configuration error. Support does not exist; from the vendor web site: "Due to an internal reorganization our ingoing phone support is temporarily closed. It will open again shortly, and in the meantime you can send an email to [email protected] and we’ll help you as soon as we can." (typos as copied from web site) Returned to Amazon
