This unit is a bit larger than my previous one. It also includes a built in stand and features a timer as well. This unit has 2 magnets on the back and uses one single AAA battery.After using it: This thermometer worked as expected. The buttons are well labeled and it is easy to use. The 2 things that I don't like about this model is the size and the fact that it does not include a quick reference guide on the proper temperatures. I had this printed on the side of my last thermometer and it was a great and simple feature.Overall, so far this has been working well aside from the points stated above. I would recommend.

Big panel, very easy to read thermometer for meats. It has many different setting and its really easy to use. I always want to make sure that the meats that are cooking are cooked really done and there is no risk to anyone eating it. Since I do not eat meat myself, but I cook it for others. I always need to be sure it is done without tasting it. So this thermometer is a huge benefit in my kitchen. I never really knew what temperature the food was at. I just guessed when I thought it was done and took it out of the oven or stove top. Now I can check it with this and see if it is completed. I would not want to have bacterial in the food or being under cooked.The thermometer did not come with batteries so I just need to add two double AA's. Not too bad, pretty easy to find them and it worked instantly. It comes with some directions and was the easiest thing to figure out. I just add the batteries plugged in the thermometer stick part and turned it on. I played around the settings and tried it out on some chicken a few hours ago!

...das Thermometer macht was es verspricht und hat bisher auch für super Medium Steaks gesorgt.Zwei Kleinigkeiten die man evtl verbessern könnte:- Bei der Auswahl der vorprogrammierten Fleischsorten / Temperaturen hüpft die Auswahl einmal von Links nach rechts dann wieder nach Links...das ist nicht wirklich intuitiv- Beim Timer werden keine Sekunden angezeigt die herunterzählen.Sonst ist das Gerät ein praktischer Helfer in der Küche und beim Grillen mit dem man nichts falsch machen kann

Preisgünstig und einfach zu bedienen. Durch den Magnethalter und den Aufsteller ist man, in Verbindung mit dem Kabel, sehr flexibel ist der Aufstellung des Thermometers.

Habe damit schon mehrere Braten und Gänze gemacht Funktioniert Tadellos.

Wir sind mit dem Thermometer sehr zufrieden. Funktioniert sowohl beim Fleisch im Ofen als auch bei der Zubereitung von Babybrei sehr gut.

Sehr praktisch und einfach zu bedienen.Grosses Display und grosse Tasten, lässt sich prima einstellen.Sehr praktisch, würde ich wieder kaufen !!!
