Great supplement
Love this product and their preworkout. Most companies hiide their dosages in a blend so you have no idea of how much you are getting for each item. This company has each supplement dosage listed separately and they are good dosages. High quality product and perfect for the vegan athlete/

They may have changed this formula somewhat. It's not as sweet. And there was hardly any tingling or burning maybe they reduce the beta alanine

Don’t buy
After trying Nutrabio’s Pre workout (which is amazing) I decided to try the post. This is by far the worst post/reload whatever supplement I have ever tried. Horrible taste, stomach discomfort, I actually thought I was coming down with a virus I was so weak.If you want to a good post, go with Mhp Dark Matter.. really good stuff.This was awful
