I don't recommended. When u first put it its smazing but after 2 or 3 hours it moves form your ear and you hear everything . And u can use it one only . So if your really light sleeper don't buy it .

These earplugs are great at blocking out noise and staying put in your ears. They are a little long so don't shove them to far in or it might give you a bit of an ear ache but...I usually squeeze and push it in the ear I'm not sleeping on and they work good.

They don’t block out all the noise from snoring but they’re pretty good. I can definitely sleep better

Very good noise reduction and plugs stay in place; also appreciate the ziplock on the main bag and plastic storage case for one pair.
