Price was important, for the price its great
Its not a complicated system. Very clear and bright, just that at night everything looks black and white and unable to see color - I guess I am asking for too much - Overall for the price its great. Already had one before and it started to go out so instead of just buying a camera - got the whole system. Good investment for simple use. Having trouble getting it set up on computer and phone - maybe its just me?

This is the second SANNCE unit if purchased. I love them. Very easy to install and the DVR software is easy to navigate.

Device not working
I donāt usually write review on things I purchased on Amazon, because I usually happy with my purchases, but this time not so much with my recent purchased. I brought. I brought a Sannce vision security camera system for my home, the device doesnāt want work. Iām so disappointed with the device I brought, after I put everything on together, the device refuse to connect to my internet, device kept saying device not connected, and the device didnāt even come with any instructions or a QR code to scan the device. I tried to call customer service but their number they put on their website isnāt working, and now I donāt what else to do, but to return it and get my money back.

Great image, easy plug install
Great image, easy plug install. Instructions need more detail, but I was able to find a youtube video to help. They dont tell you that you need a HDMI cable and Cat5/ethernet cable. I recommend buying am extra cable and/or a bnc female connector at the same time. The parts are hard to find at home improvement stores and very expensive at Best Buy. Cameras were not made of metal, like I was expecting but it worked out to be better for hanging in the eaves and vinyl siding because they were not weighed down. With a little planing I was able to put up the cameras in one day.
