Ultra Curcumin C3 Time Release w Bioperine and Bromelain Time Release 700mg 100 Veg.tabs Max Absorption

I've used 2 of Physicians Naturals C3 supplements now and it's not that anyone is the best, it's just that when you look at dosages, I was taking the 1100mg twice a day for a total of 2200mg of C3. Where as now, I'm taking 2 twice a day, with 2800mg of C3. The range for maximum benefits is 3-4000mg a day. After 4k the benefits ware down fast. If you're using it for pain, then you need the C3 form. C1 n C2 fight mainly the inflammation part. I was in a severe accident and I've had a shoulder replaced with multiple broken bones and I took all the opioid crap for years and realizing that they are actually causing some of the pain, it was a no-brainer, QUIT!! So, then I found PhyNat by way of a test done by FDA(?) using there C3. That's how they found the optimum range.

Pretty sure it has helped my arthritic knees and swelling is down. Caution, they are hard large capsules, no gel. Because of the size am considering trying other brand. But it does help.

It helped ease the pain associated with Psoriatic arthritis. I take 1 capsule twice a day and within days I felt results. I am almost pain free now. I will continue to use this product.
