Best garage door opener
Ok this was a very easy install. The app with the 3D step by step instructions that are read to you. I was able to install it myself and I saved around $1700! The light is bight, the camera has clear video, and the motor is very quiet. The MyQ app make it easy to open and close my garage door with my phone and lets me know when door is opened or closed. Great buy!

Easy to install and set up.
Having purchased two of the openers I find them perfect for the 9 x 8 tall insulated doors. I downloaded the install instructions and the process was a snap. I am not using the camera function but all other features work great! This is just what I was looking for in operation of the doors.

Easy to install. Much more quiet than my previous unit but also functions much faster. Love the ability to open/close remotely as well as viewing through the incorporated camera. Only flaw, the wall unit did not function and I had to purchase a different unit- but it easily connected without issue.

Packed with features, for a GOOD PRICE!
Bought this opener to replace a 20+-year-old Craftsman that bit the dust. I've installed all of my previous openers, but paid a local company to install this one for me. EVERYTHING worked properly after installation was complete, especially like the "soft-close" feature, where the opener slows down for the last few inches of travel, stopping with a soft close vs. a stop with a "bang". Also very much like the motion sensor on the wall remote, which turns on the light when you walk into the garage; not all openers have this feature. VERY quiet operation, even quieter than my previous belt-drive model. Camera video quality pretty decent, too.

Might pass on this specific opener model.
Good company, long success history, but the remotes and also wall button on this one did not work at all other than to display amber light. Called the original supplier and they couldn't come up with a reason after the main initial potential fixes were ruled out. Thinking mainly if I did consider buying this one again i might hook up the remote electrical items to the opener FIRST and TEST it followed by assembling the travel bar and opener. All the best.

Tuve mala experiencia con este motor por varias razones. Primeramente, en la descripcion decia que era de 10 pies y venian solamente a 8 pies (2.44m) Ademas el brazo guia que viene es un tubular rectangular lo cual hace que se doble o pandee al momento de meterle carga. Ese movimiento de pandeo, hace que se descalibren los limites programados. La app es facil de usar, pero si quieres acceder a la camara, tienes que pagar una anualidad. No admite cambiar controles a otra marca o programar el que venia incluido en mi camioneta.
