Techtronics Ryobi ONE+ 18V PRT100B Cordless Precision Rotary Tool (Tool Only- Battery and Charger NOT INCLUDED)

I bought this in order to grind the toe pick off of my hockey skate steel. It worked like a charm! I own several of the Ryobi One devices and they are all great. It’s so convenient having one battery for all of them! Highly recommend!

I bought this to use with chain sharpening burrs because it has a wide variable speed range. Too much speed with a burr and the metal can over heat, ruining the temper. This tool is not rated for heavy work but for what I need it for is perfect. I already own many Ryobi ONE + 18 tools and chargers and have always been pleased with their efficiency and durability. This little rotary tool is another bonus in my tool box.

Not in love with it. The unit has a built in shut down feature when under heavy load. Unfortunately, what it considers heavy is typical load. The unit will turn off over and over again. You have to keep hitting the power button. Does it get the job done? yes. Is it as simple as a plug in dremel? no.

This is an excellent little Dremel tool!! It is perfect for the hobbyist. Does exactly what I need it for ,and then some. I have used this for MANY projects. The variable speed is perfect especially if you are working on specific projects that need a delicate touch. I have used it for battery terminal modifications on my vehicle, to cleaning fuel injector holes in the manifold , when replacing for new ones, so the gasket on the new injector seats cleanly.Small engraving projects, to keeping toenails beautifully trimmed . It does it all! Highly recommend. I chucked my corded Dremel brand tool it was a piece of garbage .

Shipped fast price was right l like the fact that it is so easy to move around wherever my project is, not dependent on a cord. I can work on details inside and under my car!.

I've used mine 4 hours straight and it still had plenty of power left. I love this tool.

I kinda wondered why this tool was not kitted with a cut-off wheel or its arbor. After 7 months of ownership, I discovered that this tool cannot handle a larger diameter bit like an abrasive cut-off wheel.I was cutting a key (mostly soft brass) and the tool kept shutting off at the slightest amount of pressure against the item being cut. I had to restart the tool at least 12 times before I finally was able to cut through the whole key.The motor in the handle itself is tiny and probably cannot handle the torque load. Nowhere in the description does it advise about this. This thing can only do SMALL bits and light loads. Deal breaker.

Funciona bien, el problema es que tiene poca potencia, lo cual era obvio por su motor pequeño pero no pensé en eso. Pero funciona bien.
