I purchased sm based on reviews and it is twice the size of the others I bought in sm. Money wasted

Way way too small. Isn't as long sleeved or even covers half as much down their backs as the picture shows. It looks like my dog (which is much smaller than this) is wearing a new born puppy shirt.
