Great customer support
Seems like a decent back with decent amount of storage. But the very first time I unclipped the front, the clip broke. Very dissapointed.Update: seller did a great job. Sent me an entire new bag and paid for return of the old. Would recommend. New bag is flawless.

Excellent quality, as always from DDT. If you want a nice "Small" pack to wear on short excursions then this is the pack for you. The packl will probably last your entire life too.

Defective. Zipper holding the string is broken.
Zipper part holding the draw string is broke. Make me think that this product is not as sturdy as the one bought directly from DDT. Very disappointed that the product appeared to be using low quality materials. Too bad.
