Ready reckoner for the eco inclined
Srini and Shubashree have put together a ready reckoner of sorts for anyone who wishes to live sustainably, but doesn't know where to start from.Activisits like Srini can scare us off with their unwavering commitment to zero waste living, but it is not their fault. It is okay if we don't score a perfect zero in terms of generating waste, it is okay if we feel a little guilty at the end of the day. I mean, ideally we should all be bawling at the state of our planet, but what is the point? The book (and 'Imperfectly Zero Waste' by the same authors) nudges us onto taking the first step, which is the hardest to take. Once taken, it is sure to make the next step infinitely easier to take.
