Pretty to look at and wonderful for holding fruit on the table or counter. This ceramic bowl was wheel thrown in light buff clay and pierced and carved while still leather hard. After a bisque firing, the bowl was coated in a celadon green and the handles and bowl rim were glazed with a lustrous black. Then it was fired again to almost 2200° F. The bowl is dishwasher safe, but I recommend hand washing to protect the handles and not damage the glossy finish. Both glazes are non toxic and food safe. Dimensions- 8 1/4" rim x 9" across the handles x 2 3/4" high rim. Overall height 3 3/4".
