Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G Case - Waterproof, Screen Protector, Heavy Duty, IP68, Shockproof

I love this case for my Galaxy FE20 phone. Its very durable and easy to take phone out to clean. The only negative issue I encountered was, once the phone is inside the case. the sound is muffed. So to resolve this issue, I dowmload a free sound enhancer app called Sound Booster, which helped alot.

I finally found a case that I can appreciate for my Samsung 23 Ultra. It's durable and protects my case in every way that I can imagine. My only issue is the sound. I use Bixby and Google voice often when I am away from my phone to complete certain task. At first when I noticed that it wasn't answering my commands, I thought that something was wrong with my phone. I usually text so I was not aware that it was actually the waterproof case that didn't allow my phone to hear my commands until I got a phone call and folks on the other end was not hearing me. I switched to speaker and folks could barely hear me. But I can't be putting everyone in my business when I am using the speaker to connect. As much as I can say that this case is great, unfortunately I had to return it. I do hope that they can work on the sound issue, I will definitely be interested in buying it again once fixed.

This case has pros & cons.CONS1. It distorts the sound as well as the volume. It can be improved a bit if you open the silicone plug that covers the charging port.2. It gets so greasy & I have to constantly wipe the protector to use the camera. I found my glass screen protectors less hassle in this regard.PROS1. Protects from drops & splashes so far. I haven't, & won't, intentionally submerge this case underwater. I just don't want to risk it.2. LOVE the lanyard!! It's easy to hold onto & easy to spot in my purse.Overall, I would purchase it again simply because of the lanyard & splash protection. True story, one of my kids sprayed a hose into the house through a sliding door they didn't know was open, while watering plants on our steps in front of that door, & naturally, they got water all over my phone, counter, papers, etc...& before that incident I was going to return the case because of the sound & volume distortion, which are a big deal for someone with hearing impairment. My phone is fine, so I'm keeping the case. That said, I'm not impressed with the distortion.If there was another brand of waterproof case that didn't distort the sound & muffle the volume, I would purchase that instead. But as far as I know, there isn't so I would purchase this again if it was my only option. My preference would be an Otterbox with a glass screen protector, but I couldn't find one (or it was crazy expensive).

Looks good and seems sturdy enough. Finger prints read so thats good. But sound quality isn't great. Callers complain about echoing on the calls and its hard to hear both to ear and speaker. May have to get a different case if this continues which is disappointing because i liked the way this case feels and the coverage around the camera lenses.

I love this case because it's easy to put on my phone, and provides the protection I want. It arrived in a timely manner, and I am a happy customer.
