Load of ish
Bought this item not once, but twice!!! The first item came in looking used and had scratches on it as shown above, second item came in looking exactly the same! Dirty box and dirty flat iron. To top it off Amazon would NOT let me get my money back! Seriously??? It's my damn money! Instead they gave it to me in a gift card meaning it's technically going to them no mater what. I am obliged to spend it on their site no matter what! Worst experience ever. Will be sure to tell friends and family of this incident.
