Our American Commander spa filter needed a new gasket for the lid, so I was able to get one here!The O ring was easy to install after removing the old, worn out o-ring.As always with any pool filter, you need to carefully remove the old gasket and ensure the new one is the same size. Clean the lid carefully where the old gasket sat, and use silicone gasket sealant (from your pool store) on the hard lid and filter housing where the gasket gets seated. Do not use petroleum products as this will cause deterioration of your new gasket. Install the new gasket, and put your filter housing back together.This O-ring fit perfectly, and it has stopped the leaking we had to a worn out gasket!
