When this mug first arrived, it was broken. I asked for a return and they sent a new one right away, and took care of the return shipping with UPS. The whole transaction was painless. I am very satisfied with their level of customer service. The new mug arrived two days after the first one. I hadn't even sent the broken one back yet. The mug is beautiful. I love the glaze.. I love the shape of the mug, and most of all, I LOVE the handle. Often mugs have horrible handles that are too small, or trap your fingers. The open design of this mug is just brilliant. It is comfortable and leaves no chance for finger trapping. Another bonus, It actually works with my coffee warmer. Most ceramic mugs don't. I always have to use my steel cup to keep my coffee hot. Not so with this mug. I sipped some tea for over an hour and the tea stayed hot. That means that the design successfully transfers the heat from the warming plate up into the cup. None of my other ceramic mugs do that. So, yeah! I love that.

Cheap China handle broke off day one. Very poor quality.

I like the design, and this ceramic mug looks cool. It comes with a tea-infuser; however, the infuser holes are too big to be used for tea leaves, much of it will go through the holes and into your mug. This happens with many infusers, but the holes in this one is a little larger. If you have another infuser handy, you may use that to make tea, otherwise this can be used only for coffee. The handle made of wood which looks nice, and it is also very ergonomic.When I opened the package, the lid accidentally fell and broke into pieces. I wished they packaged it more securely. Remember, this is made of ceramic which is brittle. Another con is that the mug is quite small, and the beverage doesn’t keep warm long.

What an absolutely amazing tea mug! NCQIXIAO went all out on this one. The colors work so well together, turquoise and greens with a dark brown. The handle is wood and feels good in your hand.I like that you can pull out the tea infuser from the inside and let loose leaf steep. The lid doubles as a stand for the infuser when it's done. It also hold heat very well, my tea stays warm for a long time.This is also made to be gifted, the box it comes in protects it well and is ready to go.I'd definitely recommend it!!!

I love the rustic styling used in this mug. The wooden handles are a nice touch. The ceramic is nice and thick, and the glaze job is very well done. Based on looks and feel, this is my favorite mug.

This tea mug feels well constructed and solid. It's attractive and keeps tea hot. The filter for loose leaf tea or other items is a handy addition and it allows it to hold a good amount of material since it fits inside the entire mug.The only thing that I wasn't entirely happy with is that the edge on the top of the handle is a little rough, it would have been better if it had been rounded off so it was smoother to the touch.Overall, I was happy with the quality of this mug.

Using the set to make tea comes with a bit of overhead. Yes, it may take a bit longer to measure out some loose leaf tea and cleanup takes a bit of effort because the mug isn't dishwasher proof. But frankly, that just adds to the mug's somewhat old-world charm. This is tea drinking as it was meant to be- freshly seeped, flavorful and completely worth the effort. The mug and infuser are nicely crafted, beautifully finished. Very nice product.
