Best Post-Workout Available
Definitely helps recovery after workouts. Dissolves super easy and gives a little boost to help you power through your day after a grueling workout. Taste is great as well, especially when mixed with the vanilla protein sold by Jym. It's like drinking and Orange Creamsicle!

Great tasting, no jitters after consistent use
I am always skeptical about pre-workouts because I have tried so many that make me super jittery to the point of getting light-headed and feeling like I'm going to pass out. I did get a bit jittery (drinking it over about 15 minutes), but it was MUCH less than other pre-workouts that I've tried, and over a couple weeks my body adjusted and the jitters are gone completely! I will say you definitely need to let it fully dissolve before drinking it, not just shake and drink immediately. I mix mine, then let it sit for 10 minutes before drinking it, and then one more quick shake and it seems to be a much more consistent mix. Also, and this is normally obvious but it never hurts to say again, but do not chug this unless you want to get sick while feeling like your brain is vibrating. I like the Strawberry Kiwi and Mandarin Orange flavors, the others that I've tried (Black Cherry specifically) are a bit too sugary/syrupy-tasting for me.

Delicious and the most complex post workout supplement I've taken so far
Delicious! Tastes like a normal drink you would buy just for the flavor. Very smooth, not chunky or grainy. I've tried transparent labs, old school labs, and gold standard as well as many others. This post workout is the most complete as far as suppliments, and the most flavorful. (Mandarin Orange) The only thing I would say is don't down it all at once, drink it over a period of 15-20 minutes as the Beta Aline in it will make you itchy if not drank slowly. Will definitely purchase again.

Works great but tastes awful. Plan on mixing it with something flavored.
