What is the case made of? And, can you fit two files in the case? Does the Top stay on?

To be honest with you the case is made of cheap plastic. Only one file that fits its own. But the top does stay on very well.

Does it have a rounded or pointed end?

Pointed end. I have had both but find pointed end more useful.

Does anyone know where this file is made?

I do not know where it was madeBut it's the Best File n the market

Where does it say anything about the replacement guarantee? I checked their website and it only mentions that they don't do refunds after 10 days.

I don't think there is replacement guarantee, but cannot say for certain. OTOH, I can get a replacement file at Bed, Bath & Beyond for around $3-4, and it fits the NAIL TEK case very well. I was more interested in the case anyway, as I do want to protect the file while traveling; I keep one in the car, in my knapsack, etc.HTH
