distance between steps?

The distance between steps is 9 inches. I love the large platform steps. Much more comfortable when I have to change a ceiling light bulb. Great ladder for us "older" people.

received but but missing hardware to attach rails hate to send it back for refund for lack of screws ?

Ladder arrived today without manual and hardware. So disappointed but will fix myself since the company did not reply to other comments.

Where is this made/manufactured?

Ladder works great so I never cared where it was made!

I looked it up and the main business is in Delaware but the parent company is in Hong Kong. We got the 5 step ladder and love it. The railings go all the way up making it so safe and it is very well made. I try to not buy stuff from China but if it fits what we need and can’t find it USA made, then I make the exception. The main thing is to always order thru Amazon when not sure so you have recourse if an issue comes up. Plus you get it fast instead of on a slow boat from China.
