Better than the G502 and it locally saves DPI settings on the mouse itself!
So far, I love this mouse! I also have the Logitech G502 and I like the feel and rubberized mouse wheel of this Basilisk V3 much better! I have small hands, but I prefer a mouse that isn't tiny because I grip too hard. I miss my old Logitech G400 mouse, but this Razer is a fantastic replacement! It also is a great value when on sale. I also like that it's lighter than the G502. Also, as an update, I liked this mouse so much that I've bought three of them so I can have them at work too! I've actually stopped using my Corsair Scimitar and switched to this Basalisk V3 since it feels so much smoother. If Razor would starting making the Naga again in wired, I'd buy that one as well.A huge plus for the Basalisk is that it can locally store DPI settings on the mouse itself without having to install the software on a secondary pc you may use, for example when using a work pc sometimes. Sadly it won't locally save light color choice, but if the changing colors bother you, you can dim the colors and it will save it locally on the mouse too.

Best Wired
I've never given much thought about a computer mouse until the past few years when fatigue, discomfort, and outright pain developed during long hours of use.I've since switched to mainly trackballs for my daily work, but every once in a while still cut loose on a quality performance gaming mouse.I've used an old Tecknet mouse for a long time, but became aware of lag, mis-clicks, and lack of sensitivity and DPI fine adjustments. After a few weeks using the Razer Basilisk V3 on my gaming, it's become my favorite mouse. The build is sturdy, and Razer has perfected mouse skates. For comparison, I recently bought another famous brand of similar specs, but the mouse skates felt much more draggy and though I purchased for the ring and pinky ergonomics, it felt less comfortable than the Razer. The Razer mouse skates glide so smooth like air.The Synapse app is fine for what I need, and I love the clutch DPI button!Just be wary of installing unneeded bloat apps while installing Synapse.I prefer wired with no problems of needing a bungee.I hope this holds up for a good while, but I'll probably by another to replace.

Great mouse, good alternate to L*o*g*i products that have driver issues
Overall, a pretty good mouse for extreme/high use in office. Am buying another one for another CPU.Have not tried the programming portion of the mouse as don't use much.Pro's:Good spin on wheel, has a bit of heft to it like another product we won't mentionSimilar ergonomics to other productWorks on all surfaces just fineIs wired if you get tired of plugging in, really good length of cord for long reachesPads don't smear on table surfaces over time, unlike other product requiring goof off to clean upActually like the tilt on the wheel better than the other productCon's:Haven't found one yet after 6 months of use.Meh:Also sorts of gaming addons and other programs that I don't use.

Buy it at $40!
I've gotten 3 different kind of razer mouse over the past 5 years but this one is the best for the price and I always come back to this one. $40 for this is a steal. I'm on my 3rd one of these but that's only because the first one got ruined because of spilling a beverage and the 2nd one was used for $5 at a thrift. I would recommend to anyone new to PC gaming. Customizing the RGB is also nice and the software doesn't fight with other RGB software.

Overall good
This mouse works pretty good and is very customizable. I have an issue occasionally where both my laptop and desktop do not recognize it. I just have to reset the USB port to fix it. Not sure if it is a PC issue or a mouse issue. Overall I love this mouse.

Everything I need and nothing I don’t.
This mouse is actually pretty amazing. For 30$ it has a ton of options, a great sensor, nice feet, and the optical switches feel awesome. There’s enough buttons without it being confusing, and macros were mostly easy to set up.The big deal for me is the scroll wheel. It has three modes and plenty of customization options for how it operates. The hybrid mode is great for work I can scroll really quickly and accurately. It also makes cool sounds when you engage or disengage it.This has become my daily driver, and I’m really satisfied with the overall quality and value of for the price. It’s got everything I need and nothing I don’t, it’s really rather perfect.
