Worst pump ever !!!
The inaccuracy of this pump is unbelievable. My daughters feeding runs non stop from 12am to 8pm every day. The total volume of formula that I make for her is 2000ml and that is the total amount she is suppose to take in over 20 hours at 100ml per hour. By 8pm her feeding bag should be empty and the total volume on the pump should say 2000 for output, but it does not. At 8pm the feeding bag still has approximately 200ml left in the bag and the pump is reading 1960 for output. That is insanely inaccurate. The company states that they are + or - 5% in regards to accuracy but that's a lie. This is the 2nd pump in 2 weeks that has failed and now they are sending me a 3rd pump. My daughter use to use a kangaroo pump and never had a problem with it and was always accurate. People should be made aware of the inaccuracy of these infinity pumps. They may be easier to use but safety and accuracy should be a priority first when dealing with medically fragile child.

You can't turn off or quiet the beep. And it beeps for EVERYTHING
Small and serves it's purpose.Don't trust that a rate will actually provide that rate though. I've seen this pump take twice as long as anticipated to hit a rate and I've also seen it go twice as fast as you'd think. That wouldn't be too big a problem except for when you also factor in the "feed empty alarm" when this alarm goes off, anything sleeping in your house will wake up. It's probably more effective than a fire alarm and there is zero way to turn it off or quiet it down.Now... you say... why not just set the volume to complete before the bag is empty? Great idea, but here's the rub, the volume tracking is about as accurate as the rate. So even if you set it, the alarm may still go off because the bag is empty, or worse, it won't go off and your child will miss half their feed over night. Also, you cannot turn the screen light off when the pump is plugged in. It's about as bright as a lamp, so that will affect your kiddos ability to sleep too.Use it if you have to, but if you have a choice, find a covidien pump. It will bother you a lot less and give you much more consistent results.

Never failed us
This pump is easy to use, and easy to carry around. I don’t understand the bad reviews, this pump has never failed my granddaughter and is a blessing for children who can not get the nourishment they need.

Kangaroo pump is so much better!
Infinity feeding pumps are full of glitches and inaccuracies, along with not actually pumping the feedings even though the pump displays that it is. Kangaroo pumps are so much better, far more accurate, and a lot less glitches!

Horrible product dumped on families in crisis!
We were excited to be trained in how to use this until an actual feeding completely failed! Even the nurses at the hospital couldn’t figure it out! This product should be taken off the market. A family in crisis does not need an extra crisis by a failed pump! We are supposed to be discharged from the hospital in two days with this piece of garbage of a pump. The pump failed to feed the last 11 1/2 ML to the baby. We had to painstakingly extract it and finish the feeding with a different pump. Alarms kept going off throughout the hour and a half feeding. It gets paused multiple times which causes the parent to lose time and have to continually return to the pump and reset it and try to troubleshoot what’s going on. At the beginning of the feeding we had to unscrew it from the baby and drain out the tube into a syringe which all took more time which tired parents do not have.

Crap. don't buy
I'm a nurse and this is what medicare gives to children that need feeding. I can only tell you they are the worse thing ever. If you are a nurse and you used these pumps you know what I'm talking about> don't buy this. It is crap. I hope this message gets posted because I'm just trying to help. In my experience, Kangaroo feeding pumps are the safest/ functional.

Premature Baby Couldn't Have Lived Without It
My son was born premature and had to be taken via life flight to a bigger hospital. After eight weeks and many surgeries, it was determined that he would have to be fed through an alternative method. That's when I heard of the G-Tube. My son was fed via G-Tube with the help of this feeding pump for seven months. It is mobile which is great, has a backup battery when no power is available, alarms when not working correctly along with a display of what is wrong. If it's something more serious than an obstruction of feeding, it will display a code to look up in the manual. I learned how to operate this pump and the accessories really easily. An instructional DVD is included which is extremely helpful. My son couldn't have lived without it and I owe his life to this machine.
