The product itself is fine and I assume works as its designed to if your cat actually gets in it. My cat is struggling with understanding how to use it and after having it for over a month, still has not actually sat in it once! I tried putting food in it and cat nip to encourage her and she ended up underneath it instead of in it! She's special. If nothing else, it was at least worth some laughs.

No way my cat would get into it due to the fabric constantly catching on his claws SO placed a fleece blanket over it entirely and now he uses it. Tricky assembly, instructions are garbage, thank goodness another buyer posted user friendly instructions. I was just tempted to buy another for a different room, noticed price up by $2 but no big deal HOWEVER they now are charging + Import Fees/Shipping. What is the point of paying for a prime membership if sellers keep adding additional fees???? I refuse to purchase anything else from this seller. Amazon, why are you allowing this?

Love this! My cat has barley left it since we got it other then when he saw the box it came in they he laid on the box for awhile. The frame is Solid and the bedding material is good quality.Only thing I didn’t like was the instructions they were a tad confusing at first would definitely buy again.

My cat was lying in the laundry basket on the washer, I bought this hammock. I added a soft blanket to add comfort and my cat loves it (Sphynx needs fluffy and soft😆)! No more laundry basket! The fabric part comes off the support and hop in the washer. Fabrics very easy to clean and dry.

I bought this for my cats who generally likes hammocks. It was quite an adventure putting this together, trying to figure out which screws went where, but with a little patience, it all got together. Some screws got on top of the fabric, so when you want to wash it, you need to disassemble the whole poduct to free the fabric. It washes well and dries very quickly. It's also very breathable when the cats are sleeping in it. I have a pretty large boy kitty and he doesn't touch the ground when he's using it, and to top it off, he has a friend, this cat is much tinier, but they're inseparable, even while sleeping in this hammock. So it supports them both and no signs of the fabric stretching or ripping anywhere, and I've had this for a few months now.
