Helps with my back pain

I bought it b/c I have restless legs at night. I like to sleep with my knees fully bent, not just partially. I bought as a support. I'm only 5'2" and it wasn't tall enough by a couple inches. It would have been ok if I only wanted a slight bend. The foam gave a little more than I would have liked, but it was an ok firmness. However, I'm about 135lbs so I'm not sure how it would hold up to someone that was bigger.

I'm sorry to say that in the past couple years severe chronic ill health has taken over my life. Because of extensive bed rest I have had to come up with way to combat bed sores and this has helped quite a bit. What I do is wrap the cushion in a doubled up bedsheet which offers a lot more flexibility rather than a regular cover. It also helps when sliding the cushion around. Then I turn onto my side and a nurse's aide wedges the cushion under my back. This way I can lie comfortably at a 45 degree angle and take a lot of pressure off of areas of skin that might be breaking down. I can also use the cushion under my knees to keep the leg bent or even to do minor amounts of leg extension exercises. All in all it's been very useful.

Save your money. This is made of very light foam and won't stay in place, even if put under the sheets.
