This book is a must-have for any level Tarot reader!
This is one of the best books on Tarot that I have read yet! Paul Fenton-Smith's experience as a teacher and author shows in this book. It has a colored guide in the middle with key information that I find very useful, and the format is excellent. It's a great book to have whether you're a beginner, intermediate or advanced reader. If you only want one book on Tarot and are looking for a rather definitive guide, this is that book. If you're looking for a great addition to your library, I highly recommend it. He has some interesting insights and meanings for the cards that I've not seen in any other book so far, and great information for applying the Tarot cards in a health reading.

A great book with a unique addition
I have been reading for years but this book still had plenty to teach me about reading in general and for others. Also, I've never seen reversal s read quite the same way and it really gave me some food for thought. Recommended!!

Good Presentation of the Taror Science
The author has put the facts in simple and effective way rather than most of the books which just tells us what the properties are. This book gives a basic understanding of the subject and teaches you to be a good tarot reader.

My go-to book.
Very clear. I wanted to scream, however, every time the author used the singular "they" or "their". (It is proper to use the masculine he if you do not know the gender of the subject.)I like his descriptions and that he doesn't sugar coat anything.

Excellent book for the tarot beginner or the more advanced reader
I love this book (as well as his other ones). Paul Fenton Smith is a godsend to the tarot scholar. He writes in a very clear and accessible way and his takes are always intriguing. I thoroughly recommend this to either the beginner or the more advanced tarot reader, as there is something in there anyone can learn. I especially liked the health related meanings of the cards in this book, itβs not something Iβve seen in other tarot books. He has an interesting and unique view all can learn something from.

One of the best tarot book
I consider this book as one of the best tarot book I read so far. It is not only a good book to get the meaning of each tarot cards, but also to deepen your knowledge.I especialy liked the chapter on personality traits of the minor arcana. You will learn how each suit acts when upset, its sense of humour, the comptability between the suits, their spiritual purpose, and a lot more.
