Does this use infared?

I don’t think it’s infra red, but it does heat up. You can only feel the heat really without the attachments.

Can this be used together with massage oils?

Yes or any cream or lotion that will allow the device to slide over the area. Use only a small amount of oil/ cream.

I need to get a replacement plug for this... What charging adapter does it use please?

I got this today. I have charged it for 3 hrs as the direction said. But it’s only working when it’s plugged on. Is this supposed to be cordless?

For sure. Either you haven’t charged it for long enough or the battery is faulty. Once charged ours lasts for a long while. Pretty sure when we first got it we charged it for a lot longer than 3 hours if that helps.
