GE Sun Filled LED Light Bulb, 60 Watt, Soft White, A21 (1 Pack)

I recently replaced every single light bulb in my house with these GE Sun Filled LED Light Bulbs, and I couldn’t be happier! After just 24 hours, I felt an immediate difference in both my mood and energy levels. As someone who suffers from Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), winter can be a tough time for me. I didn’t want to adjust my medication, so I started looking for alternatives to boost my energy and mood during the darker months. That’s when my psychiatrist recommended these full-spectrum bulbs that mimic natural sunlight.One of the challenges I faced was finding full-spectrum bulbs that didn’t give off that cold, sterile white light that you often see in hospitals (which makes me feel anxious). I wanted something warm and inviting, and these bulbs hit the mark perfectly! Despite being 60-watt equivalents, the light output is comparable to my old 100-watt bulbs – I hardly noticed any difference in brightness, which is great because they still offer plenty of light.The real magic, though, is in how these bulbs have transformed my mood. Within a day, I felt my energy levels increase dramatically, and the creative block I’d been struggling with for weeks vanished. I’m now back to writing as if it were spring or summer. It's a really good light, I have one under my loft bed and gave another to my mom to use in her bedside lamp. It's really bright, sometimes blindingly so, but it's got a nice soft yellow color. My only complaint is that for an LED it does get really hot if you happen to accidentally leave it on all day.To show the difference in brightness, I've included a couple of photos taken at 11pm of my sketchbook and easel, one with all the lights in my room off except for my led ambient lights and the other with the ambient lights *and* the GED sun light.

This bulb (2700k version) makes the best quality light I've found from an LED, very nice looking and close to an incandescent. The downside is it only comes in one shape and wattage. This bulb is A21 size and won't fit in a lot of fixtures designed for the more common, smaller A19 size. It also only comes in "60W" brightness which is a bit brighter than a 60W incandescent. And it only shines on the top half of the bulb, so it distributes light differently than an incandescent.This Sunfilled produces slightly better light second-best LED I've found, which is the Philips Ultra Definition. The Philips isn't quite as good in color rendition, but it's close enough that you probably won't notice the difference unless you compare them side-by-side. The Philips comes in a variety of different sizes and wattages, responds better to dimmers, and it looks like a traditional bulb. I use this Sunfilled wherever I can fit them, and the Philips everywhere else.

Great product! It works exactly as expected, and the quality is solid. Easy to use and does the job well. I bought this to help maintain my sleep cycle during the long winter months. I have no complaints—I would repurchase it.

These give the perfect color and brightness.

I really like these bulbs. They provide a beautiful, warm glow that I find lifts my mood. They are not nearly as bright as the daylight bulb, but do provide a good amount of light. Just to note: last year I purchased them for $4 each. Now they are $11. Inflation is under control!

I live in a new senior citizens apt. bldg. My apartment is on the side where not much sunlight comes into this apt. even in summer.I noticed the regular bulb in my living room lamp was too bright with glare.And it was low wattage. 760 lumens.Also noticed that I would turn it on and off all day because the light was not adequate.I was not expecting much from this GE natural sunlight bulb.But I could tell the difference right away.With this GE natural sunlight bulb the living room was filled with natural non-glare light.The other bulb light was yellowish and still left some parts of my large living room looking dim.But the light from this new GE bulb does not glare or even interfere with the light from the HD flatscreen TV even during the dayThat's great.I bought another of same bulb, but slightly smaller for the kitchen.The overhead lamp they installed is way too bright and it glares. So I will be using the GE natural sunlight bulbs in my apartment from now on.These are great light bulbs.Strongly recommend.

I love this bulb more than I thought I could. I don't know where to start- I t wasn't sure how much different it would be than a standard bulb. The difference was incredible! The light is just beautiful and instantly cheery. It's a lot more convenient than a happy light because it lights up a room instead of a small area. I've ordered more for different rooms. This is funny to be a life changer for me during the short and dark winter days!
