The best vinegar for salad we've ever tasted.
Our favorite restaurant serves baby lettuce with dressing that is half Moscatel vinegar and half olive oil. It's bright and fresh tasting and best of all it's pale color doesn't change the look of the salad like Balsamic vinegar does. Since day one it's become the salad dressing we eat at home.
